MD PVC-Rat technical information

The MD-PVC-Rat comes in a carrying case, together with a video-user-guide and several spare parts.
The vessels and arteries of the model can easily be replaced, however, one can use vessels and arteries many times. Spare parts (e.g. vessels, artery's and organs) are available from Microsurgical Developments.

In the neck-region of the model you see the Jugular vein, Carotid artery and Trachea.

In the abdominal cavity you can perform
-cannulations (of e.g. Portal vein or Vena cava)
-anastomoses (e.g. end-to-end, end-to-side or side-to-side) and
-transplantation of organs
