About

The Microsurgical Developments Foundation was officially founded in 1990 in the Netherlands.
MD is a not-for-profit organization, supported by the Dutch government and international industries like Solvay Plastics and Pharmaceuticals.

Besides the own expertise, MD has access to the outside know-how from universities and industry. We are supported by an Advisory Board, existing of well-known experts on i.e. anatomy, ethics, animal welfare and surgery.
