Our mission

Furthering the Replacement, Reduction and Refinement of animal experiments is one of the main goals of the Dutch Microsurgical Developments Foundation.

We believe this can partly be achieved by improving the skills of workers in e.g. the biomedical sciences and more adequate education of (medical) students.

Therefore MD develops and improves teaching materials such as books, video programmes, models and software.
